Residential Treatment Centers for Troubled Teens

Red Rock Canyon School is a licensed residential treatment center for troubled teens, both boys and girls, ages 12-17. At Red Rock Canyon School we provide intensive therapeutic services from experienced therapists and specialized therapeutic practitioners.

Our goal is to provide proven therapeutic intervention for troubled teens and their families, to promote healing, restore hope, reunite families, and increase inner strength to fulfill destiny. For immediate help in the enrollment process please call our Admissions Director at 866-452-8121.

Because Red Rock Canyon's residential treatment program is facilitated in a therapeutic boarding school setting (academics being a main focal point in the treatment and recovery process), your son or daughter will learn the value of an education, become willing to work hard toward reaching academic goals (grade repair and credit recovery), and return home ready to complete high school or enroll into college.

In addition, your struggling child will learn to be responsible for all of their decisions, accountable to themselves and others, and disciplined to achieve worthy goals. Furthermore, our students learn how to interact respectfully with others, and how to develop and maintain fruitful relationships.

Residential Treatment Centers are designed for:

  • Unsuccessful attempts of therapeutic intervention in a lower level of care
  • Failure to attend outpatient therapy
  • Ungovernable Behavior
  • Continual Drug and Substance Use
  • Unresolved issues such as; mood disorders, conduct disorders and learning disorders
  • Falling behind in school as a result of non-attendance and/or non-compliance
  • Non-compliance to court orders
  • Destructive behavior
  • Abusive or Unhealthy Dating Patterns

Do you have a troubled teen or pre-teen that would benefit from a residential treatment center? Is your child struggling with depression or thought disorders, social withdrawal, or poor self-esteem due to learning disorders, substance abuse, or other self-destructive behaviors? Would you consider enrolling your child into a residential treatment center for troubled teens, and turn his or her life around, or possibly save their life? If you can answer yes to these questions, Red Rock Canyon School could be the answer for you and your child.

Red Rock Canyon Students, Both Boys and Girls

Our students spend most of their non-school time on campus participating in all kinds of pro-social recreational activities. Moreover, our students reside in a positive peer culture. In a positive peer culture teens develop the tools and skills that lead to improved self-worth, increased self-significance, a respect for the self-dignity and the dignity of others. In a positive peer culture our students improve their social skills by taking responsibility for all their own choices and decisions. In the process, they learn to live positive values by caring for others.
